  • To Create Your Letter: Your Letter Content (Essence) is used only by our trained “Ink Artisans” for the sole purpose of transcribing it into a handwritten letter. This content is never shared with any third party, is treated with strict confidentiality, and is accessed only through secure systems.

  • To Communicate With You: We use your email address to send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and to respond to your inquiries (including any consultations for the “Help Me Write It” service).

  • For Marketing (With Your Consent): With your explicit permission (e.g., by subscribing to our newsletter), we may send you emails about new products or special offers. You can opt out at any time.

  • To Improve Our Service: We use anonymous analytics data to understand website traffic and improve our site design and offerings.

    • We understand the sensitivity of your Letter Content (Essence). Our policy is to securely and permanently delete the digital version of your message from our active systems 30 days after your order has been successfully delivered.
